Sales is all about communicating how you can resolve someone's problem.
Example:
Person A wants to lose weight and starts to Google personal trainers and online courses to help them out. That's when the sales process kicks off and it ends when Person A finalises an order.
What happens in between is a structured set of psychological features. Without them, Person A will choose another course.
Do what you love.
Technology
Tech can be scary and overwhelming. The number of programs and platforms is constantly increasing and it's difficult to keep up with the development.
And how about AI... It's here to stay and it's best to make friends with it.
AI has completely transformed how I plan and implement my work. For me AI is a set of tools. Absolutely phenomenal tools.
